In this role, you'll provide quality patient care while working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a structured healthcare environment. Every shift offers the opportunity to use your clinical expertise, build meaningful patient relationships, and make a lasting impact.

Whether you're experienced in correctional healthcare or exploring a new specialty, we'll provide the training, support, and resources you need to thrive.
What You'll Do
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
• Promote patient education, wellness, and continuity of care
• Follow established clinical protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
What We're Looking For
• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN or LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Correctional nursing experience is welcomed but not required. We provide comprehensive training for nurses new to correctional healthcare.
