Job description

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll help customers protect what matters most by providing exceptional service and offering insurance and financial services products that meet their needs.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Prepare quotes, process policy changes, and assist with claims questions.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support daily office operations.
