Marketing Representative – Univista Texas Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Representative to lead marketing initiatives for the launch and expansion of the Univista brand — one of the largest and fastest-growing insurance agencies in the United States — across the Texas markets, including Houston, San Antonio, McAllen, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Austin. This position plays a pivotal role in building brand awareness and driving growth through a comprehensive approach that integrates social media marketing, grassroots community engagement, and traditional media initiatives.

This position must be based in Texas, preferably in Houston, San Antonio, McAllen, Dallas–Fort Worth, or Austin, and requires regular travel throughout these markets to support local campaigns, events, partnerships, and new market development initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with both the corporate marketing team and the local operations team in Texas to ensure that marketing strategies are closely aligned with business objectives, operational priorities, and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketing professional with a strong background in campaign execution, community marketing, and brand development.

Social Media Marketing
• Develop, implement, and manage localized social media strategies directly through Meta Business Suite and other native platform tools to increase brand visibility and engagement across the Texas market.
• Create and maintain content calendars, oversee content deployment, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and produce original multimedia content (videos, graphics, and live-stream segments) in both English and Spanish tailored for Texas audiences.
• Edit and publish short-form videos optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish,  strengthening brand presence and customer relationships.
• Establish measurable KPIs for engagement, reach, conversion, and lead generation. Regularly analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement

Grassroots & Community Engagement
• Plan, organize, and execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including community events, local sponsorships, and strategic partnerships that elevate the Univista brand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, influencers, and key stakeholders to expand brand reach and visibility.
• Represent Univista at community and industry events, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with local market needs.
Traditional Marketing Support
• Coordinate regional advertising campaigns, including print, radio, and out-of-home media, tailored to the Texas audience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop creative messaging that reflects Univista’s brand standards and resonates with local audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with the local operations team in Texas to align marketing campaigns with regional business goals, sales objectives, and operational strategies.
• Serve as the key marketing liaison for the Texas market, ensuring cohesive execution across marketing, operations, and community initiatives.
• Work in collaboration with the broader corporate marketing team to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
• Provide market intelligence and cultural insights to guide messaging, creative development, and campaign strategy.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, community engagement, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, with emphasis on social media, community marketing, or brand development.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Texas markets and the Hispanic consumer landscape is highly desirable.
