Quality Inspector- 2nd Shift Shift

Location: Sharonville, OH
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking dependable, flexible and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team. In this role, you will support quality assurance operations by performing inspection, sorting, containment, and rework activities in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual and touch-point inspections on manufactured products
  • Use inspection, measuring, and testing equipment accurately
  • Complete sorting, containment, rework, and repair projects
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully
  • Complete quality documentation and administrative paperwork accurately
  • Identify quality concerns and report issues to supervisors promptly
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Support production and quality initiatives as needed
Qualifications

Successful candidates will:

  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to follow work instructions and company policies
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods during shifts
  • Perform repetitive movements including grasping, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, and balancing
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work in fast pace environment
  • Use hands and fingers extensively for tools and inspection equipment
  • Pass a near-vision assessment
