POSITION SUMMARY:

Resort Rentals is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of our vacation rental properties, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The Inspector will work closely and collaborate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to report and schedule any necessary repairs or improvements. The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their time effectively to ensure all properties are ready for our guests' arrivals. The Inspector must be friendly and great with customers, and possess the ability to see projects through to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspect properties for proper cleaning and identify maintenance Issues

  • Report maintenance issues and scheduling the maintenance team to address them

  • Take property inventory and staging properties are needed

  • Deliver needed items to guests

  • Communicate with cleaners when there are issues, changes needed

  • Assist with laundry and various housekeeping tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing daily inspection tasks.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in any industry; prior experience in property inspections, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus.

  • Must be mechanically inclined and capable of handling minor property issues such as troubleshooting toilets, garbage disposals, and sinks.

  • Ability to identify and report maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, and overall property conditions accurately.

  • Must be self-driven, precise, and consistent in completing tasks efficiently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is not necessary

  • All applicants will be required to a background screening

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15 - $20

Bonus

  • Annual Bonus from $1,500 - $2,500 based on overall shop performance in NOI, Unit Growth and Review Score
