Job Summary:
At Koala Insulation of Denver North, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated Team member to join one of our insulation teams. Koala Insulation is an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. To learn more, visit www.koalainsulation.com.
This position within the company will be part of a crew performing high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces. Services performed will include blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, mineral wool and fiberglass batt, insulation removal, air sealing, and spray foam insulation support with the opportunity to learn new job skills. Pay for this position is dependent upon relevant experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational health and safety laws.
  • Operations: Assists in removal and installation of insulation. Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
  • Other: Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent time management.
  • Teamwork minded.
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
