What kind of inspector gets paid the most?

Environmental and safety inspectors also earn competitive wages, especially with specialized skills and experience. Salary levels can vary based on industry, location, and level of certification.

Are home inspectors still in demand?

Full-time home inspectors are in steady demand due to ongoing real estate transactions and the need for property evaluations. The profession benefits from certifications and knowledge of building codes, with employment prospects remaining strong in many regions.

What jobs pay 500,000 a year in the US?

Full Time Inspectors typically do not earn $500,000 annually, as most inspection roles have lower salary ranges. High-paying jobs reaching this level often include specialized executive, medical, legal, or investment roles, but these are not related to inspection positions. Achieving such income usually requires advanced skills, significant experience, or ownership of a business or high-level executive position.

How much do inspectors make per inspection?

Full-time inspectors typically earn between $50 and $150 per inspection, depending on the industry, complexity of the inspection, and geographic location. Some inspectors are paid a flat fee per inspection, while others may receive an hourly rate or salary with additional bonuses for completed inspections.
