As an Inpatient Hospice RN, you'll provide exceptional nursing care and emotional support to patients and families receiving hospice services in an inpatient setting. What You'll Do
In this role, you will be a trusted guide and advocate for patients and families by:
  • Delivering compassionate, skilled nursing care in an inpatient hospice setting
  • Performing comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and monitoring changes in condition
  • Educating families and caregivers on care needs, symptom management, and next steps
  • Partnering with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans

Requirements
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas
  • 1+ year of RN experience preferred
