Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Shift timings: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and new graduates who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and diagnostic assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing support
  • Supervise and train clinical staff on ABA best practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB required)
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior intervention plans preferred
