Our Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation (we will provide advance notice)

What You'll Do:

Our Customer Service and Sales Development Reps have a Monday to Friday schedule, with some flexibility on times (7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm).

You're the point-of-contact for customers in need of residential and commercial HVAC services, promptly answering inbound phone calls and responding to web form submissions to book service appointments. Highly detail-oriented, you'll take down customer information, record job details, and schedule appointments in ServiceTitan. You'll provide real-time support to the dispatchers and technicians as needed to keep our workdays smooth and productive. Additionally, you'll make outbound phone calls to respond to missed calls and follow up with online leads. You'll strive to convert leads into booked services, and you'll earn incentives for every successful appointment! This role will grow as our company does, and you may be asked to take on additional responsibilities if needed.
