You'll have access to everything you need to do your best work, including a CO2 surgical laser, digital radiology, digital dental X-ray, IDEXX in-house diagnostics, therapeutic cold laser, two ultrasound units (including a portable unit) & much more. You'll also work alongside a seasoned support staff team — many of whom have called Clinton Keith home for over a decade.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $100,000–$160,000+ based on experience level (& full time versus part time)
  • Sign-on and relocation bonuses available, and tailored to your needs!
  • Full benefits package with 401(k) + employer match
  • Structured schedule with a two-hour lunch break daily and shorter Saturday hours (9 AM–3 PM)
  • Outstanding 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio
  • A loyal, long-standing clientele that trusts your recommendations and is open to care
  • Mentorship and training available — new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply!

Life in the Temecula Valley:

You're in the heart of California wine country, with hot air balloon and wine festivals practically in your backyard. Lake Elsinore is just minutes away, and outdoor adventures — hiking, boating, skiing, and more — are always within reach. The climate is warm and sunny year-round, with mild winters and a relaxed, community-oriented lifestyle that's hard to beat.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary college, or have successfully completed the ECFVG or PAVE certification programs.
