Become a part of our caring community
This is a Float LPN position for the Myrtle Beach area. You will be required to work at our clinics in Carolina Forest, Garden City, Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. You will report to the Associate Operations Director but will be under the supervision of the Center Administrator at each location. This is an onsite outpatient clinic setting.
As a LPN, you will:
  • Assess patient health problems and needs
  • Take vital signs
  • Administer medication
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Maintain electronic medical records
  • Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management

Required Qualifications
  • Current licensure as an LPN in South Carolina
  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a LPN.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records
  • Experience with HEDIS
