Full Time Human Lab Rats are individuals who regularly participate in clinical trials or scientific studies as test subjects. Their main role is to help researchers gather data about new medications, medical devices, or behavioral studies by undergoing various tests and procedures. These participants are compensated for their time and may undergo strict screening to ensure they meet study requirements. The work can involve risks, depending on the nature of the study, but ethical guidelines and oversight are in place to protect their health and rights.

Attention to detail, dependability, and strong communication skills help participants accurately report experiences and promptly relay any issues to the research team. Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

In-Home, Community-Based, & Clinic Settings | Full-Time

Total Compensation: $85,000-$135,000
(Includes base salary, monthly bonuses*, quarterly bonuses*, and full benefits)

Why BCBAs Choose The Behavior Lab

At The Behavior Lab, we do things differently.

We believe you can provide meaningful, high-quality care without burnout. Our BCBAs are supported, trusted, and given the flexibility to build a caseload that works for their life - not the other way around.

We are a play-based ABA company focused on compassionate, individualized care for children and families. Our team works across home, school, clinic, and community settings to meet families where they are - and we show up the same way for our clinicians.

If you're looking for a place where you're valued as both a clinician and a human, you've found it. Just ask our current BCBAs!

What You'll Love About This Role

  • Flexible scheduling - build your caseload your way
  • Autonomy in your role with real support when you need it
  • Weekly case consultation and collaborative clinical team
  • Manageable caseloads focused on quality care
  • Clear growth path to Senior BCBA and Clinical Leadership roles
  • A supportive, close-knit team that values connection and belonging
  • Annual retreats focused on leadership, growth, and recharging
  • A culture that celebrates wins - big and small
  • We are intentional about preventing burnout through manageable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support.

Compensation Package Breakdown

  • Base Salary: $85,000-$115,000
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
  • CEU & Professional Development Support
  • Mileage & Phone Reimbursement
  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)*
  • Paid Time Off + Sick Time

Why Join Us?

At The Behavior Lab, we believe work should be meaningful and enjoyable. We're not your typical ABA company - we're a close-knit team that supports one another, celebrates wins (big and small), and shows up for our families and each other every day.

We are building something special - a place where clinicians feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

Additional Perks & Benefits

  • Quarterly bonuses that reward your impact
  • CEU support and ongoing professional development
  • Mileage and phone reimbursement
  • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and paid sick time
  • Leadership development and mentorship opportunities

Our Commitment

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment for all team members and the families we serve.
