Overview

Responsibilities include communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests, inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness, reporting all unsafe conditions. Report room status' to Front Desk, follow up on guest complaints/requests regarding services, inspect guestrooms for maintenance or repairs. Assist in training, coaching and development of team members, prepare and inspect VIP rooms, and attend all mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

2 years prior luxury/Forbes housekeeping management experience.

Read, write and speak English fluently.

The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.

Experience in scheduling needs.

Experience in efficient and timely cleaning of rooms.

No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
