This is a highly visible hospitality role for someone who thrives on making people feel welcome, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences. From greeting guests and coordinating reservations to supporting service teams and creating memorable moments, you will play a critical role in ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

Whether you're helping guests celebrate a special occasion, guiding them through their arrival experience, or supporting the team behind the scenes, you'll be part of a hospitality culture that values teamwork, energy, professionalism, and genuine care.

  • Serve as the first ambassador of the Gundlach Bundschu brand and experience.

  • Help identify opportunities to create memorable moments and personalized touches for guests celebrating special occasions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide support throughout their visit.
Support Hospitality Operations
  • Assist Wine Educators and service teams with clearing tables, resetting spaces, and maintaining guest areas.
  • Deliver food items and provide brief menu descriptions when needed.
  • Maintain tasting room, patio, and hospitality spaces to ensure they remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Restock wine, retail merchandise, service supplies, and operational materials throughout the day.
  • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including dishwashing, stocking, and general cleaning.
Be a Team Player
  • Jump in wherever needed to support a seamless guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with hospitality, kitchen, events, and management teams.
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, and solutions-oriented workplace culture.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable using technology and reservation systems.
  • Wine knowledge is a plus, but a desire to learn is essential.

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional special events.
  • ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Experience with TOCK reservations, POS systems, or hospitality software is a plus.
