About the Role:
Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as a Full Time Home Health RN and make a difference in the lives of our patients in Clearwater, FL. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nurses who are committed to providing exceptional care in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community settings.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) system, Axxess, is a plus.
