We are searching for a mechanically gifted Bench Technician with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to facilitate repairs, maintenance, and quality control of espresso machines and coffee equipment. The ability to work both comfortably with a team, or independently at a high level, to prepare new machines for shipment, troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and fix equipment as necessary will be highly valued. This is a full time position at our warehouse location and requires a strong mechanical and technical aptitude.


Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Machine repairs
  • Troubleshooting
  • Prepping and inspecting new machines
  • Rebuild and refurbish machines

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be proficient with basic hand tools with at least 1 year experience
  • Basic understanding of technical diagrams and flowcharts
  • Computer skills with at least 1 year of experience
  • Previous technical background preferred
