Job description

Do you have a strong PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Technical Fluid and Integration implementation background, and you're interested in taking your skills to the next level? Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Technical Fluid and Integrations Lead/Senior Consultant. Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as at a college or university) is required. We are looking for someone who thrives on staying current with emerging technology and excels at pushing past boundaries and the status quo. This position is a full-time benefits-eligible position and is not a contractor role.

Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions - more than 350 of them - with the implementation of Oracle software.  Our business-savvy Technical Developers and Technical Leads are responsible for implementing PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud while increasing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested.

At Sierra-Cedar, the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Technical Fluid and Integrations Lead partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact user experience and integration services. This role focuses on hands-on design and development of Fluid and integrations within Campus Solutions, leveraging Fluid Homepages, Landing Pages, User Experience designs, Integration Broker, Application Services Framework, and modern REST-based services. You'll drive scalable, efficient integration patterns while supporting extensions and technical enhancements using current PeopleTools capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical development expertise with experience leading integration-focused and user-experience initiatives and teams. You're a strong communicator who can translate functional requirements into technical solutions, stays current with evolving integration technologies, and understand the higher education landscape and its enterprise system needs.

This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only - International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
