Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hi-Lo Driver to support production and material handling operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The Hi-Lo Driver will be responsible for safely transporting materials, supplying production lines, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory movement throughout the facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Hi-Lo (forklift) in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging throughout the facility.
- Supply production lines with materials to support continuous operations.
- Load and unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
- Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track material movement.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material storage locations.
- Follow all quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.
