This program gives you a business.

Ideal candidates include MBA graduates, business majors, and proven operations leaders from retail, logistics, hospitality, and other high-accountability environments.

Program Overview

The Healthcare Operations Leadership Program is an intensive 4–6 month Administrator in Training (AIT) experience that prepares participants to lead a skilled nursing facility as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

Participants receive direct, hands-on exposure to the operational, financial, and regulatory components of post-acute care leadership.
