Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a well-established physician-owned multi-specialty surgical hospital and clinic in Altoona, WI. This opportunity offers physician ownership/partnership potential, a highly competitive compensation structure, profit-sharing opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art facilities. Physicians can choose from multiple practice models, including hospital employment, group practice, or independent contractor arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and upper extremities

  • Perform surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans

  • Participate in practice growth and community outreach initiatives

  • Contribute to a collaborative and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree required

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand Surgery specialization

  • Strong clinical and surgical skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty setting
