A 'Full Time H1B' refers to a foreign worker in the United States who holds an H-1B visa and is employed on a full-time basis by a sponsoring employer. The H-1B visa allows U.S. employers to hire foreign professionals in specialty occupations that require specialized knowledge and at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Full-time typically means working at least 35-40 hours per week. These positions offer benefits similar to other full-time jobs, such as health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans, depending on the employer. The visa holder must work for the sponsoring employer and follow all H-1B regulations.
