Job description

We are looking for a full-time Greenhouse Associate to join our small, dedicated team. Experience in horticulture is a plus but not required—we can train motivated candidates. This role requires being active throughout the day and working closely with a small team.
Position: Hourly, greenhouse associate
Hours: Full-time. Rotating schedule, including weekends.
Benefits: Eligible for personal time off (PTO) and 6 paid holidays annually.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with daily greenhouse tasks and crop maintenance, support planting, harvesting, and general plant care, maintain clean, organized work areas
Requirements: Ability to stay on your feet and move around throughout the day. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
