Position Summary

Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Food Service Worker Ambassador to join our Dietary team.

In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors by providing excellent customer service, supporting meal service operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your work will contribute directly to patient satisfaction and the overall hospital experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that makes a difference.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and team members
  • Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and food service operations
  • Serve meals while ensuring accuracy and quality standards

Qualifications
