Big Country Family Dental is growing and looking for an associate dentist to join our team! Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, positive, detail-oriented looking for career satisfaction. An associate would be supported by a long-term staff that includes an amazing front office, billing department, super star assistants and four hygienists.
Big Country Family Dental was established 40 years ago in Ellensburg, WA. We have amazing long term patients and a healthy flow of new patients. Daily Record rated us as "Best of Kittitas County" in 2023. We are focused on doing right by our patients even if it takes more time or effort on our part - we try to treat both our patients and our staff like family!

Compensation includes a daily minimum and production percentage, 401k, health/dental coverage, and bonuses.
Technology in our office includes: CBCT, digital xrays, all digital patient charts (Dentrix system), iTeros, implant machine and kits with VERSAH burs also available, bone grafting, WaveOne endo, local denturist availability.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Proficiency in using dental software systems for patient management and treatment planning, dentrix software experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental concepts to patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical imaging, and vital signs assessment
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments
