Location: Atlanta, GA Metro

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period

Patient Mix: PPO/FFS

About the Role

United Dental Corporation is seeking a Periodontist to join our growing team in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area.

We are looking for a specialist committed to clinical excellence, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and comprehensive periodontal care. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys working closely with general dentists to improve patient outcomes and expand access to specialty services.

Specific practice placement and schedule will be discussed during the interview process based on provider availability, regional needs, and business requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and treat periodontal disease
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy
  • Place and restore dental implants (where applicable)
  • Perform bone grafting and ridge preservation procedures
  • Conduct periodontal maintenance evaluations
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust and clinical excellence

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Periodontics from an accredited residency program
  • Active Dental License in Georgia
  • DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)

  • Commitment to quality patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
  • Implant Placement Experience
  • Advanced Bone Grafting Experience
  • Full Arch Rehabilitation Experience
  • Experience working in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments
  • Multi-office specialty practice experience
