About Us: Lincoln Park Therapy Group (LPTG) is a boutique private practice with offices in Chicagos Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, and Wicker Park neighborhoods. We are committed to helping individuals build on their strengths and attain personal growth by adhering to our core values: compassion, empathy, and courage. We serve a diverse population, including teens, emerging adults, adults, couples, and families, treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and more.

Position: Full-Time Senior Therapist (Minimum of 25 completed sessions per week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and professional therapist to join our fun, collaborative team at our Lincoln Park and Lakeview offices. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work in-person and remotely if desired.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing long-term therapy, has experience working with individuals in one-on-one settings, and is eager to learn and grow. We welcome provisionally licensed candidates (or those in the application process) and fully licensed clinicians in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual psychotherapy and couples therapy
  • Availability for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts (evening and weekend shifts will build your caseload faster!)
  • Complete timely electronic notes and treatment plans
  • Formulate DSM-5 diagnoses
  • Manage client scheduling
  • Consult with providers, psychiatrists, and family members when appropriate
  • Respond to client emergencies with support from our clinical team
  • Maintain a tidy, professional workspace

Requirements:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in Illinois as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
  • Availability for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (Google Suite, TherapyNotes, Phone.com)
  • Professional, conscientious, and able to work independently
