General Summary
Effectively designs and produces materials for print, digital, display or publication that promotes Central Community College to a wide array of audiences and prospective students. The position provides design expertise in the implementation of a diverse spectrum of materials for promotions, marketing campaigns, communications and special events. Tasks are diverse and time sensitive, requiring a high degree of creative thinking and collaboration.
Develops new and innovative concepts for both printing and design, and communicate those ideas to clients.
Assists college communications team in taking photos.
Informs staff and faculty about CCC branding guidelines. Provides support and instructions for CCC employees using Adobe products and other designing programs when needed. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

1. Works closely with the college communications team and department clients to determine project needs, conceptualize and create graphic materials for advertising and communication purposes, such as (but not limited to) advertisements, program brochures, booklets, posters, invitations, digital images (for email, digital signs, etc.) and marketing displays, seeking the most cost-effective solutions.

2. Coordinates scheduling, processing and trafficking of collateral/artwork from inception to completion, managing workflow of deliverables, and ensures projects are completed on schedule, on scope and within budget.
