JOB DETAILS
Full-Time | Receptionist
Schedule:
- 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday, with holiday rotation
Pay Range: $16.87 - $22.89 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*
The Difference You'll Make
As a Receptionist at our facility in Corcoran, MN, you will be first point of contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and residents. You will help guide guests to where they are looking to go and be the go-to person for answering questions. If you have a passion for working with seniors and take pride in creating a warm, supportive environment, we would love to have you on our team.
-Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
-Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members
-Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests
-Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed
-Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities
-Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners
-Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience
Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum one year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
-Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations
-Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Basic typing skills (approximately 30-35 words per minute)

-Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles
