Job description

SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to check in golfers for tee times, to direct members and guests to all areas of the resort and to answer phone calls and inform people of different resort activities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet members/guests and direct to resort amenities.
  • Check-in members/guests for golf and assist with merchandise purchases.
  • Utilize tee time computer system.
  • Handle high volume telephone inquiries.
  • Assist professional staff with corporate outings and member tournaments.
  • Handle customer relation concerns/issues.
  • Responsible for keeping Golf Shop neat and clean throughout the day.
