Apple Financial Services (AFS) is a global financing organization supporting Apple customers across consumer, business, and education segments worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic leader to manage the End of Term Program for Apple Financial Services (AFS) customers globally. In this role, you will drive technology refresh and upgrade programs and operations for Consumer, Business, Education, and Channel customers - maximizing asset value recovery through a robust remarketing ecosystem. This is a high-impact commercial and operations role requiring strong business acumen, drive for results, and the ability to lead through influence across a worldwide organization.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Lead and execute end-of-term program strategy globally, leading program operations and driving on-time technology refresh rates and maximizing leased asset recovery
- Manage end-of-term operations across both consumer financing programs (e.g., installment plans, trade-in integration) and B2B lease/financing portfolios, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience across all segments
- Select, onboard, and manage remarketing partners and device processing vendors to build a scalable global remarketing platform
- Proactively collaborate with Apple's sales teams, AFS funding partners, channel partners, and carriers to integrate AFS seamlessly into enterprise and education strategies
- Identify operational challenges, streamline end-of-lease processes, and develop business models that scale across regions
- Define, track, and report on key program metrics including refresh rates, asset recovery values, return rates, and partner performance across all segments
- Serve as the program ambassador for AFS refresh and upgrade initiatives, ensuring an excellent customer experience at every stage
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of related experience
MBA or JD degree is a plus
Background in financial services, asset management, remarketing, or leasing is a plus
Familiarity with end-of-term, asset disposition, or financing lifecycle operations
Experience integrating programs with third-party resellers, negotiating terms, and managing partner relationships across geographies
Proven experience working across global, cross-functional teams and time zones
Deep expertise in re-engineering workflows and processes to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and drive better outcomes
Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks and proactively propose solutions
Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience
Background in strategic business development, business planning, and/or similar function driving large scale complex business process transformation initiatives
Deep expertise in strategic planning and execution
Advanced analytical and business modeling skills in Excel
Ability to recognize business opportunities through data, develop actionable insights, convert insights to strategic recommendations, and present findings to key stakeholders
Ability to plan, communicate, organize, and lead simultaneous projects with complex work streams across competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiations
Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~40%)

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
