RN - Risk Management and Compliance Manager

Seeking an Registered Nurse with at least 5 years experience, with at least 3yrs within Risk & Compliance Management to lead risk mitigation, compliance operations, and quality management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical risk management strategies and compliance programs.

  • Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Develop policies and procedures to support compliance and risk management goals.

  • Evaluate and manage potential risks associated with clinical operations.

  • Lead audits and investigations to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.

  • Provide training and guidance on compliance and risk management to staff.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk mitigation processes.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in risk management.

  • Stay updated on industry changes and integrate new compliance practices.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Active Arizona RN License

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field or Eqv exp

  • CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management) or CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) certification preferred (must obtain within 1 year if not already held)

  • Current BLS

  • 3yrs Risk Management exp or equivalent

  • Experience in clinical risk management and compliance within healthcare industry.

  • Ability to risk management strategies and compliance programs.

  • Strong leadership skills to lead audits and investigations effectively.

  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate potential risks in clinical operations.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategies supporting compliance and risk management goals.

  • Capability to analyze data for identifying trends and improvement areas.
