About the opportunity

The permanent full-time People, Learning and Culture Manager positions are responsible for providing people leaders and employees with high quality, responsive and professional human resource consultancy services and advice.

In addition to leading a small team, you will partner with the business in a client group framework. The position is pivotal to creating a high-performance culture through workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, and supporting workforce initiatives, with a strong focus on change management.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior People & Culture role, leading and working with key stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support and adviceTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field

  • Experience within the Health sector or relevant industry

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to lead by example, influence key stakeholders and drive positive cultural change.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate risks

  • Significant experience in large, highly industrialised sector, with strong ER and IR skills, including performance management and investigation experience

  • Ability to effectively interpret information from a wide variety of sources and develop suitable procedures or actions to deliver positive outcomes.

  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check.
