What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Full Time Game Controller, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Full Time Game Controller, you typically need a strong understanding of game rules, event operations, and often a background in sports administration or officiating. Familiarity with digital scorekeeping systems, broadcast tools, and event management software is usually required.
