Job description

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker or Millworker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling cabinets, furniture, and other wooden structures according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in woodworking, excellent craftsmanship, and a great eye for detail.  

This posting is for a full-time, in person position.  Compensation commensurate with experience and skill level.  Full time employees receive paid holidays and PTO.    

Requirements:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools. 
  • Assemble cabinets, furniture, doors, and other wooden components.
  • Install hardware and fittings as necessary.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Millworker, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed and perform all aspects of cabinetry and millwork construction.
