Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experience in Corporate Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily, and / or Senior Living markets.
  • Lead technical coordination of project execution and control to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget and time schedules from initial start-up through construction completion
  • Extensive technical involvement and experience with assembling construction documents;
  • Ability to coordinate design and architectural drawings with other disciplines
  • Work in all phases of design and construction
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree
  • Licensed Architect
  • 8+ years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management.
  • Revit experience required
  • May occasionally require out-of-town travel to support projects.
