Career Strategy Consultants is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager for a leading organization in the Dallas, TX area. This role will lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering high-quality electrical and control system solutions. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of electrical engineers
  • Establish performance goals, KPIs, and development plans
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career growth

Project Oversight

  • Oversee multiple engineering projects from concept through completion
