Job description

Manager, Creative Operations - Brand & Digital - ORIGINS
Origins was founded in 1990 with a simple yet groundbreaking commitment-to respect and care for the well-being of people and the planet. More than a tagline, it was a way of thinking and acting that continues to guide everything we do as a brand. We combine the highest-quality ingredients from nature plus non-toxic alternatives and advanced science to create, high-performance formulas that our customers can trust. We strive to reduce our impact on the planet through our packaging design, manufacturing operations and even how we design new stores.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Origins is looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive Manager, Creative Operations, Brand & Digital to lead creative operations across our global marketing organization.
Serving as the single point of intake and Creative PMO, this role supports Brand, Digital, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams, owning how creative work flows from brief through execution. They will ensure priorities are aligned, timelines are clear, and campaigns are delivered seamlessly across every channel.
Working closely with campaign owners, Brand, Creative, Web, CRM, Paid Media, freelancers, agencies, and production partners, this individual will own the integrated Origins marketing calendar, oversee creative operations, coordinate asset development, and ensure creative is delivered on time, on brand, optimized for digital channels, and aligned with business priorities.
This role is responsible for continuously improving workflows, driving operational excellence, and building a best-in-class creative operating model that enables teams to move faster, collaborate more effectively, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a full-time and permanent position based out of our Head Office located in New York and offers a hybrid work schedule.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
  • Own creative intake, planning, prioritization, and delivery across campaigns, commercial initiatives, product launches, and always-on marketing.
  • Lead projects from briefing through final delivery, managing timelines, approvals, dependencies, budgets, and production. Assess project scope, production requirements, and team capacity, assigning work across designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
  • Maintain visibility across all active projects, balancing priorities, resources, and workloads to ensure successful delivery. Manage project timelines, creative calendars, asset libraries, master campaign files, and project documentation using project management software.
  • Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, copy approvals, and regular status meetings, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers. Own digital go-to-market planning across Web, CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Social, and regional teams.
  • Translate marketing priorities into channel-ready creative, production plans, and delivery timelines. Coordinate localization, channel requirements, dependencies, and launch readiness across global markets.
  • Ensure creative is optimized for each digital channel and customer journey.
  • Partner across Brand, Creative, Digital Marketing, Commercial, Legal, regional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiate priorities, timelines, and deliverables while balancing business needs with production capacity.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and production partners to ensure consistent quality and execution.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, digital marketing, integrated project management, or campaign production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related discipline is required.
  • Experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Web, CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Social, and content production and knowledge of creative production workflows across design, copywriting, photography, videography, motion, and digital content.
