Salary: LPN - As per the Unaffiliated Work Agreement Page 21; Based upon experience $25.94 - $26.47 /hour

Qualifications: Prefer current LPN license from the state of MN. Prefer candidate with previous experience working in a medical office environment or with children.
Position Description: The person hired for this position will serve as a 1:1 nurse for a specific student at St. Francis Middle School. Care will be based on student specific care/health plan. Student will need LPN to ride bus to and from home. Additionally, LPN will be responsible for documentation of needs and services throughout the school day. LPN will collaborate with school staff to meet student specific health and educational needs.
