Job description

We are GROWING! Looking for a full-time warehouse worker to support us across the various areas such as picking, packing, receiving, and loading. Someone who is reliable and dependable, willing to learn, enjoys doing quality work at a fast pace, and has a great attitude. Must be physically able to lift, push, pull or move at least 50 lbs.

Specific Duties

  • Order filling - locate merchandise in the warehouse based on pick ticket and pick products accurately to complete orders.
  • Operate motorized material handling equipment as required: Forklifts, Pallet Jacks
  • Receive, identify, and document products according to our policies and procedures.
  • Inspect material for quality and report discrepancies.
  • Perform physical verification of inventory.
  • Follow standard procedures and instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Perform loading and unloading operations from containers and trucks.
  • Upkeep warehouse clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Follow all company food safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of spices, herbs, and products.
  • Keep warehouse racks, pallets, and storage areas organized and sanitary.
  • Report and document any product damage, contamination risks, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Complete food safety and forklift/warehouse-specific training as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehousing: (not required) - we have a training program.
  • Forklift Operation Certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to ensure accuracy of items picked/packed.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
