About us
Rise Children's Center is a pediatric therapy clinic in Southfield, MI. We are a team of skilled, collaborative, caring, client-centric clinicians wholeheartedly committed to serving the children of Oakland & Wayne counties.
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze behavior data to guide treatment decisions
  • Provide direct instruction and clinical supervision to clients, RBTs, BTs, and families
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of RBTs, BTs, and practicum students
  • Conduct annual evaluations and goal-setting meetings for ABA Technicians
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in insurance authorization calls and submit documentation as required
  • Manage timely submission of all clinical documentation (e.g., assessments, treatment plans, session notes, data analysis)
  • Submit, monitor, and update insurance authorizations, assessments, and treatment requests
  • Initiate client services in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards, including HIPAA
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain certification and clinical effectiveness
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a consistent caseload, including both billable and non-billable tasks
  • Assist with opening and closing of the clinic
  • Support daily clinic operations
  • Participate in staff meetings, team collaboration, and internal training sessions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with tasks that support overall clinic efficiency
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace and promote a collaborative culture
