Job description

Success On The Spectrum Castle Rock is a dynamic team of professionals, servicing the local autism community. Our teams include BCBAs, Interns, Trainers, RBTs, and BTs. We are a center that uses gentle, innovative play-based ABA therapy sessions, to make a difference in the life of one child, one day at a time. Our Team is compassionate, creative, and has high character in all we do!
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, or Special Education).
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst/senior BCBA.
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist Status.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a BCBA.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with children with ASD and support for their families.
  • Possess strong leadership skills including excellent communication, motivator, and self-starter.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • A passion to create change in a child's life
  • Ability to work with challenging behaviors

Responsibilities:
  • As a BCBA you play a fundamental role in our SOS center.
  • You develop research-based and individualized behavior analytical programming for children with autism.
  • Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
  • Create and oversee treatment plans and behavior management protocols.
  • Lead a team of BT/RBTs giving training, instruction, and guidance on ABA therapy.
  • Review data and program effectiveness, make treatment modifications, and graph/monitor progress.
  • Meet regularly with parents and incorporate the client’s progress into parent training sessions.

Job Description:
  • We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills, be hard-working, and have dynamic personalities as they are the primary contact for our families and the clinical leader in our center.
  • We value work/life balance at SOS Castle Rock. BCBAs generally work Monday-Friday 7:45 am-4:30 pm and rarely take work home. Each BCBA has a max caseload of 12 full-time clients.
  • You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. We can’t emphasize enough how vital your abilities of attention to detail are in this role, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.
  • Success On The Spectrum is growing quickly, and there is a lot of opportunity for you to move up to Clinical Director at newly opening locations.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate Success On The Spectrum office. For this training, you will travel to Houston for 1 week for in person training. We do not require training payback agreements.
