Job description
The primary responsibilities of this position include: identify prospects for assistant coaches to evaluate and assist with all steps of the evaluation workflow; oversee creation of evaluation tapes for prospects and coordinate recruiting assignments and travel for offensive position coaches; management of data input into JumpForward database and XOS for recruiting and compliance purposes; conduct research, analysis and reports information on all prospects to coaches; and coordinates relevant functions that require access to information on potential student-athletes; manage recruiting creative graphics; provide assistance with recruiting activities and other football program functions, as permitted by NCAA rules and policies governing non-coaching staff members. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students. Encourage and promote excellence in academics, athletics, and life-skills to student athletes. Abide by all UNC, ACC, and NCAA regulations.
