Upholstery


We are currently SEEKing a 1st shift Upholstery Associate for our outstanding Fond du Lac client.


Position –Upholstery

Job Location –Fond du Lac, WI

Starting Date –Immediate

Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00 am – 4:00 pm )

Starting Pay –$19.00

Benefits –Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED



As an upholstery you will utilize an industrial sewing machine, handheld foam saw, hand held pneumatic stapler, industrial scissors, hammer, stapler remover, side cutters (pliers), ruler, hand held glue sprayer, pneumatic foam presses and steel cutting band saw (for upholstery).


Responsibilities

-Read blueprints and order materials through computer system

-Label wood and tuks according to orders

-Cut foam and materials to specifications

-Utilize staple gun to punch tufts and assemble tuk work to backs

-Complete products with clips on cording

-Ensure product quality by storing in carts

-Check and evaluate finished product and store with work proper orders


Qualifications

-Check and evaluate finished product and store with work proper orders

-ability to correctly fill out and consistently follow proper procedures for Stock Material Usage Forms

-initiative and demonstrated ability to accurately complete assigned tasks

-operate hand tools, in a safe and effect manner
