Job description

We are Claybourne, one of the fastest growing cannabis flower brands in California. Our team is known for being highly dedicated to our retail partners and consumers while going above and beyond with flower quality, flower consistency and innovative new product development. We are hiring an experienced, hard-working Delivery Driver.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Primary Location: Bay Area, CA

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
  • Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner
  • Maintain ongoing communication with our Logistics and Customer Service department.
  • Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
  • Be able to drive for extended amounts of time (Day shift and PM shifts)
  • Be detail oriented
  • Driving time typically ranges from 6-12 hours.
  • Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed
  • Providing a high level of professional customer service to dispensaries
  • Daytime and evening shifts, overtime required as necessary in support of business operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Valid California State Driver's License (must pass MVR check and be able to meet Company insurability requirements)
    • 3+ years of commercial Class C driving experience preferred
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Punctual and persistent while maintaining a never give up, positive attitude
    • Self-motivation and the ability to work well with others
    • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively various audiences
    • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
    • Requires the ability to sit (while driving)
