As a Mental Health Counselor within our clinic, your core responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in managing a caseload independently.
• Familiarity with digital documentation and telehealth platforms to ensure streamlined service delivery.

Although not strictly required, candidates with the following attributes may have a competitive advantage:

• Three or more years of post-graduate clinical experience, particularly in working with first responders or in crisis intervention.
