This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
  • Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
  • No nights or weekends
  • Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
  • Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
  • Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
  • Coverage area includes: Chicago, IL

Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated compensation range of $151,160 - $179,453 annually with no cap on productivity income
  • Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
  • Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois license as a clinical psychologist
  • PhD or PsyD required
  • Eligible for independent practice and billing
  • 6 months to a year of experience needed as a clinical psychologist
  • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
