Acting as the operational bridge between project teams and offshore factories, you will orchestrate shipments with accuracy, foresight, and agility.

How you'll make an impact
  • Coordinate shipment planning with Project Managers and offshore factories
  • Issue shipping instructions and track production, packing, and dispatch readiness
  • Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance before cargo handover
  • Align transport modes, routing, and service levels with project priorities
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
  • Lead first-line escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP/TMS systems and reporting tools
  • Collaborate across teams to improve logistics processes and documentation quality
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
  • 3-5 years of experience in international logistics or transport coordination
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms® 2020
  • Familiarity with trade compliance fundamentals (e.g., export controls, screening)
  • Experience working with ERP/TMS systems and data management tools
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and remain solution-focused under pressure
