MRI Technologist

MRI Technologist is needed in Panama City, FL.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $32.72-$44.00, depending on experience.
• Nights are $5 and weekends $5
• Sign on: 5k
• Shifts: Mon - Thu 9:00a - 7:30p

  • Call Back: 2hr hours; time and a half

Responsibilities

• The MRI Technologist performs technical procedures, applying magnetic resonance imaging and ionizing radiation (Radiographer) for the purpose of detecting pathology.
• Regulates equipment used to produce the magnetic image and expose the x-ray image
• Process and organize the image in PACS.

Requirements

• FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License
• 1 year MRI experience reuired and 3 years preferred
• AART (R) & (MR) Required

• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS
• Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology required
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI concepts to include head, neck, body, MSK, spine, and MRI imaging
