  • A seasoned professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience in digital project management; experience working at a digital agency is mandatory
  • Expert in designing and delivering digital direct-to-consumer products, with a strong portfolio of impactful, design-driven work that emphasizes user engagement and seamless, member-focused experiences
  • Adept at managing the full project lifecycle, from scoping and scheduling to resource allocation and delivery, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding timelines and budgets
  • Proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Protopie, with a solid foundation in user-centered design methodologies
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation, capable of forging and nurturing effective partnerships with internal teams and key decision-makers across the organization.
  • Adaptable in working with global or cross-functional teams, demonstrating effective collaboration across different time zones
  • Entrepreneurial with a member-focused approach, able to identify new opportunities and drive strategic innovation within a fast-paced environment
  • Degree-educated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
